Hello Beautiful Friends,
Anyone who has worked with me will know how much I love Crown’s little Duo Fibre Brushes when it comes to painting my prosthetics and for various SFX uses.
I am always asked which brushes I use and my response is always the same, I will use whatever brush is best for the task at hand. I find Crowns Duo Fibres are great for SFX and they are affordable enough that you don’t have to feel too precious about them.

I had the pleasure of working on the makeup team at a few of the shows at Milan Fashion Week this season and wanted to share some of the images with you. The collections and makeup were all totally different for each designer, but equally as beautiful.

So I am back from my holidays. I spent almost 2 weeks camping around France in Thunder and Lightening Storms, needless to say, there was very little make-up applied during my time away. I feel like I need to explain this so you will understand why I just went a bit bonkers for my makeup of the day today! I needed a Makeup overload.
As the end of the World Cup is drawing close, I just thought I would throw something together a little Brazil inspired! I reckon you should maybe pop on your sunshades before scrolling down 🙂
Products used to create the look are:
- Collection 2000 Colour Pop Palette
- Inglot Yellow Eyeshadow
- Collection 2000 Pencils in Green and Blue
- Barry M Gold Dust
- MAC Cosmetics Chromaline in Black
- Katie Perry Eyelashes (Punk Princess)
- Illamasqua Sealing Gel
Here you go! Here is my MOTD.

I was wearing one of my long-time hero Benefit Cosmetics products today which I hadnt worn it a while. I dont know why I keep forgetting about it because everytime I wear it, I fall in love with it all over again. So I was going to use it in a MOTD post until I went onto the Benefit website to get the link and price for you when I realised that it has been discontinued! I’m finding out recently that lots of my favourite products are on their way out! I’m totally gutted. I’m extremely sad to see Rush Hour be discontinued. So I checked online and there are a few places have left over stock, which you know I will have to panic buy now!
It’s so disappointing when this happens to products you love! Has it happened to you with certain products? I’d love to hear the products you miss the most.
In the meantime, here is a little tribute shot of me wearing Rush Hour, you can totally see the sadness and disappointment on my face haha.

Sorry Ive not posted the past few days, I’m away on holidays next week (yippeeee) and I’ve had so much to catch up on before I go (booooooo).
So since I have two minutes to spare I thought first actually apply some makeup which is alway helpful for a MOTD and then I could pop up a quick MOTD post for you 🙂 Todays look was a nice and bright summer look with flawless skin and soft contouring.

My Makeup of the Day is not for the faint-hearted. I was pretty disappointed in how the poor the photos were to be honest. What you can’t see is that the darkest parts of my brow is actually a dark purple glitter gel, so it sparkled when I moved. Anyhooooo, this isn’t my actual makeup I decided to wear today, more of a mess about this morning. I had wanted to try and get some matching Ombre lips done too but ran out of time in between clients.
My brows are a Pink to Purple Ombre and I seriously think I would consider rocking it on a regular day…. so get your sunglasses on Belfast as you may just see me out and about with some neon brows 🙂
To create this whole look I used two products:
Sleek Makeup i-Devine Eyeshadow Palette – Ultra Matte – £7.99
Illamasqua – Sealing Gel – £7.00

Oh I LOVE playing with new Palettes. This is the second of the two new palettes I bought from the Makeup Pro Store in Belfast. It is my Make-up Atelier Paris and is so versatile.
I woke feeling a little under the weather today so I’m feeling the need to smoke it out a bit. I didn’t sculpt my brows too much today as I am in and out of business meetings all day and don’t want to frighten anyone when up close and personal haha.
I actually used the Eyeshadow Palette to shade my brows a little so they are well matched. I just applied a bit of clear brow gel to my brows first and then used a thin angle brush to shade.
Here is my Make-up of the Day – As per usual, larger images are at the bottom.
Make-up Artist Nuala Campbells’ Make-up of the Day
Vita Liberata – Capture the Light – ‘Latte Light’ – £29.95
Benefit Cosmetics – Playstick in ‘Tea Party’ – £26.50
Benefit Cosmetics – One Hot Minute – £23.50
B. Cheeky – Blusher – ‘Sherbet 78’ – £5.99
Make-up Atelier Paris – Eyeshadow Palette – ‘T20’ – £25.00
Whiskey Ink & Lace – Loose Black Eyeliner Powder – $3.25
MAC Zoom Lash – Zoom Black – £14.00
Benefit Cosmetics – Ultra Plush Lip Gloss – ‘Dandelion’ – £14.50
